(If you are having ANY problem with my site please review the following):
- When clicking the JOIN button you should have a popup and be able to join. (See this page on how to join)
- Ensure you have cookies enabled on your browser.
- Ensure you have javascript enabled on your browser.
- Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser (update your browser to the latest version of Firefox/Internet Explorer/Safari). ***FIREFOX is strongly recommended as the best browser to use for my site. If you have IE or Safari please try Firefox.***
- Try restarting your browser. (When in doubt restarting your computer often fixes problems.)
STANDARD members wanting PREMIUM membership: log in, click ACCOUNT at top right corner by log in. Choose PREMIUM from drop down and click to order. Complete payment through Verotel then cancel the recurring option on your standard membership through Verotel.
***IMPORTANT***: If you email me asking for assistance confirm that you have read this FAQ first and then explain in as much detail as possible what is happening. I need info to troubleshoot. MsT@MistressT.net
Verotel/Ticketsclub is one of the two largest and most trusted merchants for adult websites. The other is CCBill (which some of you are familiar with) but I cannot use due to the content on my site. Verotel is very safe & secure.
If you are willing to pay for a 1 year subscription via alternative payment or money order, contact MsT@MistressT.net to manually set you up.
Great! Just use the same username and password you used before. Go through the payment process and you'll be ready to start downloading. If you run into a problem just email MsT@MistressT.net.
Simply go to www.vtsup.com and log in with the same username/password you use for my site. Follow the instructions - it's easy. (You're welcome to rejoin my site anytime with the same username/password too.)
Your username/password are case-sensitive. Be sure you are typing them exactly as you did originally.
If your account appears 'frozen' it may mean password sharing or hacking was detected on your account and it was automatically 'frozen'. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD. Email MsT@MistressT.net for assistance.

The Login fields are found at the top right corner of the screen. To login, enter your username and password, then click the arrow.

Do you still have the welcome email from when you signed up, it is in there also

It's really about bandwidth costs. My video's are filmed in high quality HD and produced to have beautiful resolution even on the largest screens. Because of the high quality the file sizes are very large. If you want more than 5 per day, you get unlimited streaming/downloading with the Premium membership.
MPORTANT: Only download 1 video at a time. If a download gets interrupted for any reason you can restart the download within an hour without it counting against your daily limit.
If your 5/day counter doesn't seem right LOG OUT and LOG BACK IN again. It should fix your counter.
IMPORTANT: Please disable any download managers or plugins. If you use a download manager/plugin with your browser, it may cause download problems.

No, you are perfectly normal. Carry on.
Unfortunately we are not technically able to 'upgrade' to Premium membership. I know, it sucks and if I could change that I would. Just buy a Premium membership and make sure you cancel the recurring option on your standard membership so you don't get billed twice. Consider it an extra tribute to your Goddess and a gesture of your gratitude for me being in your life. xo
There are a few reasons why this might happen:
- If you use a flash blocker (FF) and take more than 5 seconds to enable it, the video will not stream. To solve this, disable the flash blocker or click on the Flash sign as soon as the video window appears.
- You are using a download manager or plugin which interferes with streaming video. Please disable it or you will not be able to stream video.
Right-clicks are intentionally disabled.
Just login in with your original username and password, and a popup screen will allow you to select a new subscription. Click the arrow to go through the payment process. If you do not remember your password or login please got the Lost Password page
Please only subscribe/renew directly through my site. If you went directly to the ticketsclub without going through the subscription process on my site, your payment will not be registered at my site and will be rejected by Verotel. Your money will be refunded automatically.
I used to have censored content on my site. I removed it for legal reasons related to sharing/piracy.
